Only a 100% reliable measuring system allows you to take the responsibility of your customers stocks.

Signals from remote detection systems (ultrasonic, radar, laser. etc.) are disturbed by dust and imprecise because of the filling and emptying cone. Mechanical gauges in addition wear out and are in contact with the product. Furthermore these system often don‘t allow continuous measurement.

Solely weighing gives the needed precision. But usual load cells need costly constructions and are even more costly to be installed in existing silos. Strain gauge based systems have the disadvantage of possible drift in long time static weighing. Above all their analogue signal is susceptable to wrong interpretation as signal strength gives varying weight data. Digital signals either give the right weight or no weight when a fault occurs which is never misleading. 

The e-nventory SILO has none of these disadvantages, is extremely easy to install, is virtually maintenance free and is competitively priced compared of the above systems. It is also possible to keep using the silos whilst the sensors are installed.
