Loadcell Type R (30kg-1'500kg)
These force transducers are practically displacement-free and the frequency output can be directly processed by a counter. An interface unit carries out the linearization and slightly corrects the temperature response digitally, without any AD-conversion. The resulting signal is available at high resolution and repetition-rate on a standard communication interface (for example RS232C).
The load cell contains a force transducer type KS in a fully-sealed housing. The built-in electronic circuit which excites the oscillating wire and amplifies the signal also contains a small memory chip, on which all necessary data specific to the load cell are stored. Every load cell is calibrated and can thus be replaced at any time without recalibration of the whole system.
