Weighing in motion
A specialty of DIGI SENS is weighing in motion, also called dynamic weighing.
Using a dynamic scale the force and the acceleration is measured. That way external vibrations and variations in the speed can be compensated. This allows us a measurement without stopping and without disturbing the process.
Examples of the components of a waste truck lifter scale
The way a dynamic scale functions isn't more complicated then the way a conventional scale's functions. It consists of a load-cell, an acceleration cell and an efficient measuring processing computer with special algorithms. DIGI SENS waste truck lifter scales can also be completed by terminals in the driver cabin (printer, memory card and so on) or by waterproof terminals for the outside.
