SNC load cells (1'500Kg - 7'500Kg)

As market leader for dynamic weighing systems for waste collection vehicles, DIGI SENS is continuously expanding its range with new products. The latest development is the SNC load cell product family with a load of up to 1500 kg and a version for up to 7500 kg.

These two new load cells were developed for non-certified applications for statistical analysis and offer a very attractive alternative compared to certified load cells. The SNC 1500Kg and 7500Kg load cells complement the already wide range of load cells for certified DIGI SENS systems and introduce various technical improvements, while maintaining the proven technology of the oscillating wire.

The load cell WI is attached to the structure to be monitored and enables accurate, reproducible measurement of its stress. The frequency signal of the WI is easy to transmit, immune to interference and can be directly processed by a processor. DIGI SENS offers suitable electronic and software solutions for the processing and transmission of the signal as well as for other more complex measurement and control functions.

The weighing module HP 6Kg is based on the proven digital oscillation wire technology and was especially designed as a dosing scale in an industrial environment. It is characterized by a high resolution and, compared to other technologies, a very good long-term stability. The weighing module HP 6Kg is used, among other things, in the difficult environment of foundry robots to add additives to liquid metal.

The load cell AO/ED 21 40Kg - 60Kg allows, thanks to its monobloc structure, the use of a single load cell where normally three or more conventional cells are required. Torsional forces due to eccentric application of the load are filtered out, thus avoiding complexes suspension systems.

The BJ tilt cell measures the inclination to the gravity by means of two differential capacitors made of silicon and is designed for use with a DIGI SENS processing computer. Based on the measured inclinations, the compensation of the weight values determined by the load cells are possible. The data for characterizing the tilt cell are stored in a built-in memory element. This means that there is no need for any adjustment work when the tilt cell is installed or replaced.

The BB Acceleration Cell measures the acceleration by means of a differential silicon capacitor, where the deflection of the middle capacitor plate is measured. It was developed especially for dynamic weighing.

Thanks to its compact dimensions, the robustness of the sensor and its solid stainless-steel housing, it can be mounted close to the center of gravity of the object to be weighed and thus measure its acceleration accurately.

The KL66 load cell was specifically designed for measuring and monitoring the stress or stress changes in metallic constructions.
